 This Massage and treatment works both on the physical and subtle body. It brings balance to the life force prana, releases toxins and provides complete relaxation. It starts with ayurvedic consultation to first know your body constitution (Dosha). Then, warm oil based massage is given to suit your pre-diagnosed body constitution (Vata, Pitta or Kapha). It also includes marma (vital) point massage and chakra balancing to the whole body.
Shirodhara – Once your body has reached the balanced state, warm oils are then poured on the forehead ‘third eye’ giving extreme relaxation to any head or neck problems such as insomnia and headache.
