Q. What should I expect during my first massage therapy Ayurve Spa Sydney visit?

A. Your massage therapist will require you to fill out a health history form. This is necessary as the therapist will be working on your body and needs to know if you have any health issues, allergies, if any medication you are on could affect your massage or if you have any back or joint problems etc.
